Still no response from Cell C after 2 weeks

On 14 january 2013 I lodged a complaint with cell c about very bad reception on our 3G signal in the Manor Gardens area. The consultant assured me the matter would be resolved within a week. This is now almost 3 weeks ago and all my attempts through Facebook and Cell c are in vain it would seem Cell C does not honour their word. Also why did the consultant who sold us the 3G contract not advise us against taking the contract if she knew the area we are in does not have good reception. I have to go to shopping malls or sit in my garage to get a decent reception and even then it bombs out. We are going to place a STOP ORDER on this bill and refuse to pay until the matter is resolved. If Cell C can not rectify the problem of bad reception in our area then as a consumer they need to release us completely from this contract. How can I run my business properly when I cannot freely get online when I need to. I am losing valuable time trying to do my work and cannot half the time because reception is so bad.
