HI there, I received my new Galaxy S4 on contract on 22 May 2013. My phone started switching of by itself on 26 September 2013 regardless of the % charge left in the battery. On opening the phone I found that the battery had swollen. I took the phone to CellC Centurion Mall on 1 Oct 2013 to be told that they have to send it in for repairs and they have no loan units available. Repairs could take between 7 and 21 days. I received an sms for the repair workshop only on 4 Oct 2013 to say that they have now received the phone for repair - even though I was told that there is daily pickup and delivery to the repair shop in Midrand. It is now 15 October 2013. All that needed to be done was for the battery to be relaced on a 4 month old phone and according to CellC Centurion Mall the repair shop still has my phone as "being repaired". I run my own business and am dependent on the phone to do so effectively. I have now worked with a borrowed phone for 2 weeks when all I needed was a new battery! There is no sense urgency from CellC. CellC offer brilliant packages but lousy after sales service!
