I wanted to take my Samsung Galaxy S4 to the Cell C shop in Secunda because after 5 months my phone's battery lasts only a few hours and constantly restarts, but I didn't give in the phone because they couldn't offer me a loan phone and I cannot be without a phone for 2 to 3 weeks (according to them). They also told me that I have no guarantee on the battery after 5 months. If I received a phone that is not to standard and lasts for only 5 months, why must I go through the inconvenience? If I get a loan phone it has to at least have the same functions for me to be able to still use it for work. In the meanwhile I'm sitting with this phone that has to be constantly on the charger for me to be able to use it.
