Endless problems with Iphone5 from Cell C

Since I got my phone from Cell C I had problems with making calls, receiving calls, using the internet and sending sms sometimes. 25th June 2013 I went to a Cell C store to log a complaint on the problem I have. They said someone will get in contact with me and then sent someone out to test my phone, signal and sim card. 2 Days later someone phoned me and asked to change setting on my phone and rebooted my phone. He was going to phone me the following day to hear if it has work. Still waiting for that guy to phone me back. Since then I have phone Cell C twice and has spoken to Team Leaders to assist me. 30th of June a network technician has phoned me and told me to do the same settings change as the previous guy. On the 2nd of July I received a sms with Reference SD115996 & due in 6 days that someone would be coming out for testing. Today is 11th of June still know one has come out. 8th of June I went back to the Cell C store and the assistant again send an email to network support and until now still waiting for Cell C. I don't get service but I'm paying them. Everyday I have issues that people can get hold of me or I can't use the internet or my signal dies for more then half a day.
