To whom it may concern.. I have cell phone contract through altech auto page KZN. I upgraded my contract in April and ported my vodacom no to cell c. When I got home on the kzn south coast I found that I hardly had any cell phone coverage on cell c. I informed my service provider of this as I hardly have any signal at home and everyone complaining that my they can't get hold of me. My service provider sent an email to cell c informing them of this. All the necessary online paperwork was filled in online and sent to cell c. After numerous follow up calls me service provider said they can't do anything until cell c have sent someone out to my house and do tests and give them feedback... Eventually after a long wait... cell c came to my house in the beginning of July and informed me I have hardly any signal at my house and that he will inform cell c of this and that it will be better to port back to vodacom. I have requested auto page if I can port back to vodacom as I am paying for a service I cannot utilise fully on a few occasions but was informed they waiting for a report from cell c. I have phoned cell c as well but they unable to assist me or auto page with an answer.
