AM DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE

I GOT A BLACKBERRY PHONE ON CONTRACT FROM MTN LAST YEAR, AND I TOOK IN MY PHONE FOR REPAIRS IN MARCH THIS YEAR, AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO SWOP MY PHONE WITH A REFURBISHED ONE, AND I RECEIVED A NEW ONE AFTER FIGHTING WITH THEM, BECOZ THEY WERE NOT UPDATING ME ON WHAT WAS GOING ON, I HAD TO GO IN, AND CALL THEM ALWAYS.
AFTER I RECEIVED THE REFURBISHED PHONE, I USED IT AND IT WAS 10 DAYS AGO, AND I WENT TO MTN TO GET THAT PHONE BLACKLISTED AND GET AN ITC NUMBER ANDTHEY ARE NOW TELLING ME THE IMEI NUMBER OF THE REFURBISHED PHONE THEY GAVE ME, CANNOT BE FOUND ON THEIR SYSTEM, COZ IT WASNT CAPTURED. NOW I NEED AN ITC NUMBER TO CLAIM FROM INSURANCE, AND I CANT GET IT COZ THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY CANT FIND IT. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS THEY GAVE ME, WHEN I COLLECTED THE REFURBISHED PHONE, BUT THEY DONT. AND NOW THATS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT SOMEONE THERE DIDNT DO THEIR JOB. I NEED THE ITC NUMBER A.S.A.P SO AS TO BE ABLE TO CLAIM FROM INSURANCE. THEY KEEP TELLING ME STORIES, AND GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND, FOR THEIR MISTAKE, AND I'M FED UP OF HAVING THEIR INCOMPETENT SERVICE.
