My wife and I purchased 2 Blackberry 9380's each a month apart, my wife lost her phone on the 22/09/2013. We get the affidavit filled out and we blacklist the phone. On the 22/10/2013 my phone gets blacklisted, I then call the MTN customer care they confirm that it is blacklisted and was done on the 23/09/2013. Refilwe from MTN says we gave the wrong IMEI number, which is impossible as the Affidavit and insurance claim forms has the right IMEI number. Now I must run around like a headless person trying to sort MTN's mess. After today I will surely migrate my entire family. I would like to hear some sought of feedback.
