I have been trying to insure my hand set with mtn sp insurance. I have filled in the form online twice on two days, with no response. I have called three times. Waited 10 mins the first time and gave up, waited 15 min the second time. 5he third time was 27 minutes, after which my call was cut. I called back and was told the call centre closes at 2 on Saturdays. This service is completely unacceptable and pathetic and really paints a bad picture of mtn's service. I tried to get the insurance when I bought the handset and was told to call 0831236084. Please advise on what I should do? Or should I go elsewhere to get my handset insured. Very angry client!!!
