WASTING MY TIME, TAKING MY MONEY, PLACE ME ON HOLD

Mr. MD, I have been trying for two weeks to get a handset via your insurance - for a telecoms company this is sad. On the 11 Jan, I called the customer services several times to make sure that when I get to your store in Canal Walk, the handset will be ready and simply to save time, I was placed on hold and eventually gave up.By now your insurance staff left and I eventually arrived at your store in Canal Walk and waited for 35 minutes to be attended. I called the Canal Walk store, while waiting in the store and your Bloemfontein call centre also called them - guess what, they don't answer their phones, they just put it on silent and place the handset upside down on the floor..
I emailed and phoned insurance on 14 Jan 2012 explaining my disappointment, they promised to deliver the handset same day. On 15 Jan 2012 I asked to speak to management. -they phoned back and promised to deliver the handset on 17 Jan and waive the excess, only to phone back later saying this is no more possible, no stock, no waiving of excess.
Mr MD their one's was a company that saved customers time, money and put them first - Do you know that company? PS I KNOW ALL YOUR ADVERTISING WHILE PLACED ON HOILD
