I recently had a phone and thanks to mtn insurance i received a new handset and all was sorted. I am battling to get through to the Insurance call centre 0831236084 to have my new device insured and this is rather urgent. I have been trying since 9am this morning and I have had NO success. I have stayed on the line for 13mins. 17mins and just now 21mins respectively this is totally unacceptable. Can someone please assist or call me back Urgently!!???
