Samsung S4 upgrade

I am utterly dissappointed inh the manner in which Cell C has handled my contract upgrade. I phoned to upgrade my phone on the 2nd of August and told them not to deliever on the 7th of August because I would not be available. On the 7 Aug my phone was delivered and I was not in and unavailable on my phone. I called Cell C o the 8th and they told me to contact RAM. I then told the RAM consultant to please deliever on the 19th of Aug. Yestreday I was told by a RAM consultant that my phone was returned to Cell C on the 14th of Aug. On the 19th I had toplace an order again for the same phone. I was then told it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. Today on the 20th of August I phoned to follow up and ensure that everything was fine, only to be told that my upgrade was cancelled and the call centre agent couldn't tell me why!!! Please note that I was the one doing all the phoning and follow ups. Not once did cell c or RAM try to contact me about any changes!!!
