I went to Cell C shop in Galleria and explained to them that my photos an the phone fade and it is just a blank after a couple of days. I also mentioned that the map on the phone has a problem. The person said to me that I did not get my phone from them but from Johannesburg and i must contact them. Up to know nobody assist me and I have my contract with Cell C for a couple of years.
I am not happy with the service that I have received from Cell C and would like to cancel my contract with them.
I Evan took the Sim card out the phone and do not use it any more. I went to Vodacom and bought a phone from them with a Sim card and use that. I have also tried to contact the seport services and all i get is mu-sick playing in you ear for about an hour and then you get cut of or something. I would just like to say that I am so disappointed and Cell C that I will discarich people to bay or take a contract with Cell C. As you will see that the number I am using is Vodacom and not Cell C. It Seems to me that Cell C is in no position to help their costumers.
