IN DECEMBER 2011 MY CELL PHONE WAS - THE PHONE HAD INSURANCE COVER WITH CELL C - I REPORTED THIS TO C COVER FOR REPLACEMENT AND TO CUSTOMER SERVICES - I HAVE BEEN IN TO THE BRANCH - SENT FAXES AND EMAILS - ASKED MY ATTORNEYS TO SEND FAXES & EMAILS AND REPLEATEDLY BEEN IN TO THE BRANCH - NOBODY SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HELP ME - I AM STILL RECEIVING THE ACCOUNT EACH MONTH BUT HAVE NO CELL PHONE - WHY DO CELL C NOT BOTHER TO RESPOND - THIS IS SHOCKING NON EXISTENT SERVICE
