To the provider that says they deliver service but yet need to train their staff on service delivery based on phone calls made and service failures experienced numerous times.
Take note that I am super frustrated I have wasted my leave calling the numbers 082111 and 0821958 I have lost my voice screaming at your staff that doesn't give me an opportunity to talk or even like today being frustrated and the person not taking the time to understand but rather again disregard me speaking over me as I am speaking and me screaming and her dropping the call. yes ending the call doing it twice and for the third time calling she just had me hang on the line until I ended the call.-MPOLOS 21/12/2013 AT 9:26 9:28 9:30
In all these calls I firstly have complained about a call on a case 320896899 taken by lumak hemte I guess and are still awaiting some type of response on my complaint or is that the type of service you deliver that no one is taking action??? Theo from cape town escalated it to JHB to have a manager listen to the call and sort it out.. what you think apology???? maybe a warning some sort of disciplinary action.. or is this how Vodacom rolls..
