I have been receiving numerous calls form a private number and this has been going on for months now, i have called Vodacom to request them to check who this particular person is, this will enable me to expose this person and put them to order

Vodacom tells me i need to get a case number before they can check my records, I than go to the police station they tell me this person has not yet committed a crime. Now I'm stuck and irritated as no one wants to help. i can't get a case number and Vodacom cant check my records.

I don't understand why my service provider can't assist me. I'm not asking them to break the law but i have the right to know who is harassing me and calling me all the time. We are exposed to companies who call us because of the Rica system that has exposed our details to every Tom who requires using them. I'm frustrated with these calls every day and i can't just ignore them as i will miss out on important calls if i do.

Vodacom is failing me as my service provider.
