I just want to warn everyone that Vodacom steels your money and data. I did a data bundle transfer from my account to my girlfriends number. I accidently transferred it to the wrong number. When I phoned number it immediately tells me the number does not exist, but the money was still deducted from my account, I phoned Vodacom customer care this morning and they said that they can unfortunately not reverse that transfer. So clearly Vodacom is steeling from us. Because that data is going no where and they have pocketed 500mb of data as well as R159.00. Just think how much money they can make if a couple of people does the same mistake. I am just thankful this happened now, because come time for upgrade in 2 months Vodacom will be my last option.
