Got nothing for buying a promotion data bundle

Hi my name is Gideon Barnard and I loaded my sim, number 0827315651 card with 110 rand to purchase the my meg500 promotion data bundle, I immediately bought the data bundle and they even said I successfully bought the mymeg500. But when I connected within 20 minutes my data was gone. I called them and spoke to the data department only to hear I never bought a data bundle and I used 110 rand within 20 min with e-mail, which is impossible. Watch out people it happened to me twice now and they just dont care. The problem is they said I was on the Internet for 3 hours which I was not. I will never buy it again and that is how they make money, sell promotions just to trick you into spending your money on it and come with this lame excuse that you never bought anything. All they said is I never bought it but on the phone it says successful and the money was gone also
