I have purchased a Blackberry Torch 9800 from Lenasia trade route mall in December 2011, the phone was giving me problems in December 2012, I got the phone to the shop and was advised that the phone had to go in for repairs and the warranty will be checked because I have misplaced the receipt and they will get back to me. It has been 3weeks now and I fetched the phone and nothing has been done, I still got the broken phone and I don't even know what the problem is. From my understanding, the phone comes with a 2 year warranty, so I don't understand why my phone hasn't been fixed. I had the same problem with my Vodacom phone and when I gave it for repairs the phone was replaced with a refurbished phone. I don't understand why mtn cannot provide the same service. I now have a 1 year old phone which I paid cash for and I don't know what is wrong. Please assist urgently my ime number on the phone is 354695040555962...
