Autopage have yet again disapointed with customer service!
After going into the store a week early to line up my upgrade, and ensure I wouldn't have to wait, Carol at Melrose tried her best to provide good service, but her hands were tied by her boss's/ head office!
She made 3 queries on my upgrade & no responses!
Obviously they don't want my business, and now I am going to cancel this line!
