21 Days and counting... still no activation

2nd January 2013 at 14:27pm I gave notice that I've made full payment as specified on previous call. I was advised 7-10 days until activation... The consultant did not specify working days or not. Thus I gave MTN benefit of the doubt and expected it to be 7-10 working days.
17th January 8:54am. I spoke to arrogant unfriendly and unhelpful Ndizhuho Mytondwana. Biggest of them all as he advised that it takes 14 days and not 10 .I demanded to speak to his senior and was informed that Shane William is not available and will call me back... It seems like he is the busiest person in the whole world as up until today I still did not receive a call. Meanwhile I phoned them again on 23rd Jan 12:38pm and was once again told that the matter is with someone who does not take calls. Thus I want to bring it into the public domain to plead to MTN to PLEASE ACTIVATE MY LINE.I will give you 48hrs to respond and thereafter I will take the matter to the ICSA and see how far I can get with it.
