BOUGHT NON FUNCTIONAL SOFTWARE

I BOUGHT A SOFTWARE ON THE 30 OCTOBER 2012 TO THE VALUE OF R16 200 AND IT IS NOT WORKING.IAM CURRENTLY PAYING ACTIVATION FEE ON MONTHLY BASIS OF R199.I REPORTED THE MATTER TO THEM FOR A FULL REFUND AND THEY REFUSED.THEY SAID I WAS TO SUPPOSED TO COMPALIN WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS.AT FIRST THEY PROMISED TO SEND A CONSULTANT FOR INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE OF WHICH THEY NEVER DID.AFTER SEVERAL TELEPHONIC ATTEMPTS OF GETTING A CONSULTANT THEY EVENTUALLY GIVE ME TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS BUT TYHE SOFTWARE NEVER WORKED.I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY TOLD ME THAT 5 DAYS HAS LAPSED ALREADY AND THEY CAN NOT ACCEPT IT BACK OF WHICH I EVEN RECEIVED IT AFTER THAT 5 DAYS.I REPORTED THE MATTER TO THE NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION ON THE 14 OF JANUARY 2013 BUT NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED TILL TO DATE I NEED ALL MY MONIES PAID TO THEM WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS.
