Identity number: 8003105427088. there is a trace alert on my husband's credit bureau profile for DMC (0861) 101729 Ref: Mak36772, i have contacted DMC this morning at 08:21, spoke to Zanele Sandi and she advised that the trace alert is for Truworths and the outstanding balance if R1759.16. she gave me a settlement amount of R1319.37 and advised that if i settle the account, credit bureau profile will be updated within 2 workind days.
i have settled the account and when i call again to find out if they have received proof of payment, another consultant has advised that it takes 2 working days for them to receive proof of payment and 14 working days for them to send instruction to the bureaus to update. i am very disappointed with their service cause i was advised that it only takes two working days to update but now that i have settled the account it is no longer 2 days but 14 working days.
