My name is Irene, i have a contract with cell c. since last year november i they have been deducting R700 from my account which i did not sign when sign my contract. i went to Westage branch they contacted their office to fix this even january the 3rd went there the lady called and told me there wont be funny deduction on my account.today i had a shock of my life when i saw same deduction from my account. all i am asking is my refund finish and klaar or they must cancel my contract with immediate effect of else i have to take the matter further action.
