My money - useless accounts

I have been paid up with them since December 2012 and they are too useless to log the payment so i have been listed with lawers, my live has been suspended, and now they have done a deduction that is 3 times as much as i owe!!! i have physically taken them the proof of payment, faxed it through to them and their lawyers... i am livid and no one will help me!!!
please someone help me!!!
