Every month I have to log my monthly trouble ticket and every time I get assured that it will not happen again. So now I am going to do a post every month on HelloPeter every month I get cut-off again.
The last trouble ticket number is 3040103347 and I spoke to Rosslin.
I have a month-to-month ANY-time contract with 100 min/MB/sms per month. I spoke to 3 different sales persons at different branches and they all assured me that the contract will automatically renew every end of the month until I give a month notice. I have not given any notice yet.
Every end of the month, I cannot make phone calls: I hear a message: "You are on prepaid. Please recharge. If you are on contract, please dial 140 for a limit increase." Then the call hang up.
If I dial *101#: I receive a response back:
Available Free Minutes: 02:36:09.SMS/MMS: 273.dаta: 96.88 MB.
Why do I need to increase my limit if I have more than 2 hours remaining?!?
Typical nonsense excuses that agents gave me:
* "There is something wrong with your handset."
* "You need to activate roaming."
* "You do not have reception."
* "Those minutes are only off peak minutes."
Please do not try to use the above excuses!
