In March 2012, I settled my hospital account with Linksfield Netcare, I dealt with EURICA BAILEY, emailed her the proof of payment with my ID number in the email but because EURICA BAILEY is clearly incapable of doing her job, she never allocated the payment and I was listed on ITC.
I found out I was listed In December 2012 where I sent Netcare Linksfield the proof of payment again. Here is dealt with an even more pathetic STEPHANIE CALLEA - she allocated the payment and even sent a statement to prove the account was settled and assured me she would escalated my details being removed from ITC but this would require effort and STEPHANIE CALLEA actually doing her job so she never did this and 2 YEARS LATER I STILL HAVE A DEFAULT on my otherwise pristine credit record.
I had to phone the agency who listed me I spoke to a Mrs Oliver who informed me STEPHANIE CALLEA DID NOT DO HER JOB and did not submit the request to have my name removed.
Due to the USELESS EURICA & STEPHANIE - I was LISTED for an account I paid in MARCH 2012 and cannot finance a vehicle because of it.
EURICA & STEPHANIE - DO THE WORLD A FAVOR AND CHANGE CAREERS! YOU CLEARLY DONT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!!
