Threatning SMS's though accounts are paid up

Although my accounts have been paid up with these useless people, I am still receiving multiple SMS's with threats of further action. Not only are they sending SMS's but they send up to two or three a week.

You have to phone them and tell them the account has been paid. They then look on their system and see that it has been paid. Their best response - OOOOOPPSSSS. We will fix it.

In some cases you have to send them proof of payment although they can see it on their system.

What a useless company with useless systems and useless people.
