3 weeks ago I applied for an upgrade on my account - filled in forms & signed. Was told /- a week. As I'm a very busy person I popped in to see the progress after 2 weeks. First was asked who served me??? Why should I police that?? Then was told that the S4 stock had not come in yet and I would be notified by sms. today I went in again (week 3). Again I was asked who served me?? Eventually they found my forms. The question I was asked was " so what contract would I like? " My question what have they been doing for 3 weeks. All the 3 staff members rather blunt with a very unfriendly tone... SEE YOURSELF.By the way have I been a customer for over 10 years... I walked out in absolute disgust.
