I have a blackberry internet service with my package. I am using sim card to download e-mails only, have another phone I am using prepaid blackberry service I have 3 e-mail accounts running on that phone and do not incur any additional billing and yet with the Nashua Mobile sim card that only has one e-mail account active is outrageous. I should not b paying more for a service included on a monthly basis. In addition I have also complained that my phone line gets disconnected and when I go to the store my account is R100 and yet it says I have reached my monthly limit and I was not made aware that I have a limit that is under R200 per month.

I have asked the Fourways store to investigate but to this day I have not received any feedback. Kindly expedite. Thanks
