VERY POOR SERVICE FOR FAULTY CELLPHONE

Phoned Vincent Cell C regarding sending my blackberry in as it wouldn't switch on after charging it the night before (phone not a year old). They said I could bring it in but weren't sure when it would be sent to the repair centre as they didn't have any Repair Request Forms which had to be filled in and hadn't had any for the last two weeks! They suggested I take it to Hemmingways as they had the relevant forms, which I did and was told they would contact me within 3weeks regarding the problem. After three and a half weeks I phoned to ask what the problem was. I tried calling Hemmingways at least 16 times over two days with no reply. Vincent eventually gave me a cell number to contact them which I did and asked if there was a problem with their land line, I was told that they were probably busy and then said they werent busy this morning (which I had tried calling 5minutes earlier)? My cell has been returned to Hemmingways with no correspondence and told to fetch it as it has physical damage and is unrepairable! It's had no water damage and was taken good care of. Would like to get a second opinion. I have supported Cell C for over 6years and am very disappointed.
