Poor Service!!!

I got my first contract with Cell-C and I was pleased, at first, at how quickly I got approval etc. This excitement got sour real quick. After having my phone for no more than 3 weeks it started giving me problems, it kept 'rebooting' and wouldn't go on. I took the phone to CellC Randburg and showed Boniswa who'd helped me before, because I was in a hurry (I was avoiding lunch-time traffic to Bryanston from Randburg) I explained to her the problem and she saw what was wrong - at NO point did she mention anything to me about having to fill in forms in order for the phone to be repaired!!! Instead I left my number. A week lapsed and no communication from Boniswa or Cell-C Randburg. I called Boniswa and asked why I'd heard nothing from her and she said she'd called A BLANTED LIE! And I asked her why she didn't contact me via email, or my office number. The most frustrating thing is that she only decides to tell me then about me coming in to fill in the forms AFTER A FREAKEN WEEK! ReallY???
I'm still phoneless (it's been three weeks) still no communication about my phone. I asked her to send the forms via email, and she said she said it may not go through... Poor Service!
