A month ago I went to a the Cell C Branch in Cresta mall to send in my phone for repairs, I was given a form to fill out and seeing as I have insurance I asked if there were any additional forms that needed to be completed, I was told no. I asked about a loan unit and was also told that they were out of stock. Two weeks later I received a quote that my phone would be R3013 to repair, I contacted Cell C and made an inquiry on this matter and was told that I hadn't filled in an incident form. I then then told them that I was not asked to fill one in, but not to get into a debate (very bad attitude towards me), I asked that a form be sent to me as soon as possible as to get on with the repair, I received the form a week later after phoning again. I filled the for in last Thursday and forwarded it off to Cell C. I was told the turn around time after sending the form in would be 48 hours, I have now been waiting for more than 120 hours, and this is just to the Cell C insurance to get back to me after their assessment, repairs haven't even started. which will be an additional 3 weeks, So l have to wait 2 months for my phone, while still paying for insurance and a contarct I don't have.
