I went to MWEB a few months ago, and they took over my adsl line from Telkom and started billing me. Now I have received a bill from Telkom as well for the line. I queried it with MWEB, and still waiting for them to get back to me. When you get a reply to your email that reads they will get back to you within 24-48 hours it means 24-48 business hours (and remember their is only 8 business hours in a day), so if they get back to you in a couple of weeks thats ok - as explained by their call centre agent. Why is it so difficult to just get something to work the way it is advertised. MWEB YOU!!!
