I settled and cancelled my account in September. Autopage have debited my bank account in Novmeber for an instalment for a contract which is paid up and suppose to have been closed as per my instruction. I have called Altech Autopage on three different occasions since realising they have money from my account. On all three of those calls it was stated by Autopahe employess that I would receive my refund lastest by Friday the 14th December. I have waited more than the promised timeframe and still no refund. To top it off not once has a Autopage representative attempted to contact me with feedback on the progress on my request. I am utterly dissappointed.
