Not really a complaint, more a enquiry

The problem that i have, or let me say, the enquiry that i have is why does it take mweb 10 days to activate my adsl line when telkom promises me that they can get active and going in les than 24 hours. Just cant see what is the hold up from mweb. Everthing is set from my side and telkom's with the line. As i say again this isnt so much a complaint, i just want to be explained to what it is that takes mweb so long to get me going. So far it is very good service from them and the people at customer center is very helpfull, 110 % for them.
