I had contract with Vodacom since 1998. I changed the contract to topup 315 because I want to limit my calls but to my suprise I discovered that they have opened it with out consulting me. I managed to pay the previous months amounts which are more that R1000 a month. When I quiried the matter with Vodacom Accounts they said I must pay the amountas owing which unfortunately I do not have. Their debit orders returned unpaid from the bank because I did not have that money and that is denting my name.
They even blocked my phone without cunsulting me.
Since this contract with them is more that 15 years I would like them to open my phone as I had important messages and calls that are directed through this number and I cannot receive them now.
