Please help to sort this out??? Hubby phone wouldn't work last week his bb count send bbm or receive anything!! We took it to vodacom to find out what's wrong!! They told us no the phone is on contract suddenly?? But that's wrong its been prepaid for the last 7 years!! And that we open a contract at Edgars! We don't have a account at edgars never had!! They took all the money that was on the phone for I don't know what!! Its a top up 75 you don't even get a 75 topup at vodacom!! The system showed that the contract was open the 24th of this month there isn't a I'd nr on the form but they say my hubby opened it?? He didn't he can't use his phone went to edgars they can't help went back to vodacom nothing! Called a nr they gave us its been 4 days now! No one can help they say sorry we don't know how that happend!! I mean vodacom must know something?? Meanwhile my hubbys phone doesn't work!! Realy vodacom and edgars margate the service!!
