March this year Elite Mobile contacted me and said that I am due for a upgrade on my Vodacom cellphone contract. The consultant rumbled down on which phone I qualify for on the package I was on that stage. She offered me a phone and I said that she could send me the phone which they did. When I received the phone I saw that it was a downgrade on my existing phone it had not all the features my existing phone has. I called them and returned the phone to them. They then told me that I could go to any Vodashop to do my upgrade. I went to my nearest Vodashop where they informed me that I cannot upgrade as I have had my new upgrade. I have been contacting Elite Mobile to do the reversal which has still not been done and I am still stuck with my old onrealible phone. I would not recommend anyone to use Elite Mobile as their service is bad and they keep on harassing me to get other contracts which I am not intersted in. Please tell me what I can do to get my new cellphone contract.
