Horrible Service - Cant even cancel a contract

Hi, In September 2013 Elite Mobile phoned me, lady on the phone explained to me that everything works 100% & I don't have to worry as the contract I am taking has everything I need. So I took the contract & new phone. I got my new phone & everything didn't work as she promised & my contract didn't include all she promised. I phoned immediately, Elite Mobile then investigated the recorded audio & found I am right & that the lady didn't give me the correct information, Elite Mobile told me to return the phone & they will cancel the contract. I sent the phone back to them on the 9th of Semtember 2013. Since then it's been a battle & struggle to get ANYONE from Elite Mobile to get back to me, I must always phone and I get told the same BS story: "your request was sent to Vodacom, the delay is on Vodacom's side and we are waiting for them to cancel the contract". This was going on for 2 weeks when I decided to phone Vodacom myself, I was told by Vodacom there is no cancellation whatsoever on their side and no request either. Yet Elite Mobile is still taking money from my account & I don't have my new phone. It's now 9 weeks & I can't even get a manager on the phone from Elite Mobile!!!
