Terrible service

On the 16th October and 17th october i was phoned by Christopher Chetty who sold me an elite mobile contract to get a phone, i was told it would take 10 days for delivery. On the 18th RAM couriers services had the package but had no contact details to phone me at work to collect. On the 22rd the parcel was returned to vodacom. I phoned vodacom and they said the sales rep from elite mobile did not supply my contact details.
On the 28th October i phoned to see why i have not received my phone. was treated in a dont care sort of manner and cancelled my order. A lady Elizabeth from elite mobile was the only friendly person who then reactivated and marked it as urgent. When i phoned today 31st october to see whats happening this ugly rude attituded person, who doesnt give you a chance to speak MARALYNN (indian lady), told me its returned to sender which i knew already. I wanted to find out who is responsibile for this NON delivery, i phone her today a number of 4 times on which she put the phone down on me. I mean i am supposed to be the customer here and demand an appology, which i wont get, but also the point of no feedback, no delivery, bad attitude just.
