I went into the CellC Northgate Branch in Randburg at the beginning of January 2013, to have my BIS service deactivated on my account. The consulted deactivated it on my account and reassured me that I would not be charged BIS charges. To my astonishment CellC charged me for BIS services.
If I am not reimbursed immediately, I will not be renewing any of my contracts. My contracts are up for renewal in.
