DAY LIGHT DURING HOLIDAY

On the 20th of December 2013, I deactivated my DSTV services, because I was set to leave for Limpopo on the next day, for the Holidays. While I was still in Limpopo, on the second of January, I checked my DSTV account online, wanting to see how much I had saved.to my surprise, my services were still active. I deactivated it there and there, and immediately started inquiring. They sent me a Reconciled Statement, showing that on the 19th, there was a balance -219, and then on the 21st, services were reconnected, WITH A RE-CONNECTION FEE! As always, calling the call centre does not help, so I went to Facebook and Twitter. The Facebook people did not want to help at first, such that I could wait for 25 minutes without an answer. After a while the person online (LPN) deliberated and came to the conclusion that I was unfairly charged a re-connection fee, and it worked in my favor that whoever reconnected, did that without my authority. LPN said that my account has been credited with the money that was wrongly charged. There is no money in the account. She either to me, or forgot! Trying to inquire on Facebook doesn't help anymore as they seem to be ignoring my plea for help!
