Ive reported this issue 1 month ago. I am still getting charge for BIS services. This is the 2nd month in a row. Whoever Nelly from cellc is that suppose to have decativated my bis serves to by telling me they are deactivated. Whoever Lungile Ntuli from cellc is, and told me all i had to do was dial *147# and the blackberry services would be disconnected. Low and behold i have to call customer services to disconnect it, yet ive been talking to customer services and they have not disconnected it.
I went into the CellC Northgate Branch in Randburg at the beginning of January 2013, to have my BIS service deactivated on my cell 0843019414. The consulted deactivated it on this cell number and reassured me that I would not be charged BIS charges. To my astonishment CellC charged me for BIS services on my cell number 0843019414.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU THIEVIES!!!!!
If this I am not reimbursed immediately, I will not be renewing any of my contracts. My contracts are up for renewal in the next 3 months.
