Incorrect Services Activated and Charged

On 03 Aug I went to CellC Menlyn to upgrade my existing CellC contract. I changed to the Straight Up 100 plus BlackBerry Lite Plan. In December I realised that something was not correct as the bill received was very high. I checked my invoices on the CellC online site to only realise that since September the BIS service was no longer active and I have been charged for Internet usage.
I logged a call with the call centre on 20 Dec for the service to be corrected and for the incorrect charges since September to be reversed on my account. I was informed that someone will contact me. I received an SMS on 27 Dec that R684.33 will be credited to my account. I checked my invoices and in my view this amount only covers the December invoice Internet usage charged. I contacted the call centre on 30/12/2013 and was informed that my call was closed without CellC confirming that I am happy. I logged a new call and was once again informed that I will be contacted. I asked for this to be escalated as I was not happy to pay the charged amount. My service has since been disconnected and I have not received any feedback. The only calls between me and CellC are the calls I made.
