I had my contracts for over 12 years with cellc and 6 phones at a time. I was over billed for 3 months and then I went overseas for a month when I come back I saw my bill and I wasnt even here. R1345 and it was like this for 3 months which they extra charged me. Im very unhappy so I went to cancel my contract which cost me just over R7000 I hold cellc responsible for this my new number for calling is 076 853 0356
