CELLC CONTINUES TO COMMIT!!!

Over the last couple of months, there have been numerous reports of CellC making unauthorized charges to consumers.

Apparently CellC has an arrangement with an external company whereby the external company will have the ability to instruct CellC to charge network users for "subscription services".

The external company identifies a cojple of network users, and then subscribes them to the subscription service without their permission.

When subscribers query the charges, the CellC refers the customers to the subscription services company.

The consumer is then left to fight a battle with a company that they have never dealt with, and have never entered into an agreement with. In principle, CellC has charged the consumer; it should be CellC that refunds the unauthorized charges.

CellC will probably respond to this report with the usual "we'll get back to you". No explanation will be provided as to what they intend to do about their unethical and unlawful business practices.

I would like to see an investigation and a public expose of this activity being perpetrated by CellC. Alan Knott- Craig and his executives should be charged with!!!
