I gave notice to cancel my contact and keep my sim activate from the 1st of Dec.
Vodacom cancel the contact and deleted the sim.
They have investigated and have made a mistake, I have lost all my no's on the sim.
They said they would replace the sim via courier and send me a letter stating they had made a mistake has effected some of our business customers.
To date nothing been received
Vodacom disappoints me they don't keep there word maybe they should focus on there customers and keep them happy
