On the 2nd January 2014, after not receiving calls on my Birth Day, I realised that my phone was locked, I called the business centre of Vodacom, this calle I made at 12:29pm on 1 /1/2014. When I asked whether it was posible for them to allow me to receive call and make payment day 3 january, I was not told that they were going to delete my number. I have been with Vodacom for over 10 years, using this a a business number, I am total upset as to how they decided to delete my number even after i had made payment, the arrogant consults just feel that they can be condescending, knowing that you are ytotally at there mercy!
