Call centre ref nr: S3-TJH4D-DUER
On Thursday last week Vodacom discontinued my Blackberry BIS. I called early Friday morning. Was told my subscription period expired. I corrected them and informed my current contract running till December 2013. After holding for ages it was confirmed I'm correct. Vodacom made a mistake and will activate my BIS within 24 hrs. I AM STILL WAITING!!! Followed up with a call on Sunday and again on Monday. Still not fixed. Fix your mistake and credit me for the time I did not have this service. My patience is up with you.
