When i went to get a new contract i wanted a LTE capable phone. The sale person told me that the samsung galaxy note 2 was LTE capable. I found out 4 months later that my phone wasn't LTE capable. I was happy with the phone beforehand but the situation of finding out that i was promised one product but got another changed my mind. ( I did sign for this phone but was verbally informed that is was the LTE capable phone, which it wasn't. I should have probably checked every little detail instead of trusting the salesperson)
Also I changed my contract from a Talk 500s to a smart advance contract. I was also not informed that you minutes will only carry over for 2 months, unlike the talk 500 s package where the minutes would carry over for 6 months.
I was to by the saleperson and now I have an inferior phone than what Ithought I signed for.
